Payment Plans Information

Glamour by LKUK Payment Plans Information, Terms and Conditions.

We are pleased to be able to offer Payment Plans on orders over £30.00.
Our Payment Plans are ideal for customers who cannot immediately afford to purchase all the items they want and would like to pay for them via a flexible and affordable payment plan.
The maximum term of our Payment Plan is 8 weeks.
Please Note: An admin fee of £3.00 will be added to your order to cover the processing of payments.

How do I order goods under a Payment Plan?
To avail of our Payment Plan, simply contact your Glamour Representative and let them know the items you wish to order.  You must also give your current email address so that we can contact you and send you invoices for payments.

Upon acceptance of opting into our Payment Plan, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours to confirm the full details of your order along with the revised payment schedule. 
The first payment due will be 25% of the order total plus the £3.00 admin fee – this is treated as the deposit and will secure your order. 

The deposit amount is NON REFUNDABLE. Any further payments made will be refunded if you choose to cancel your order before the final payment is due.

We will ask you to confirm all details are correct and will request your delivery address details and contact telephone number for when dispatch and delivery is due.

Please respond to the email to confirm delivery details and contact number and to accept the Payment Plan Schedule. 

An invoice will be sent to you via email – You will be able to pay your invoices via PayPal or Debit/Credit Card if you do not have a PayPal Account. 
Payment is to be made within 48 hours of invoice being sent.

Upon the final payment being received we will again email you to confirm the settlement of your payment plan and your order will be dispatched to you which you will receive within 2-4 working days from dispatch.

In the event of payment failing THREE times then your Plan will be CANCELLED and a refund will be issued within 5-7 working days MINUS the initial deposit paid and an Administration Fee of £5.00. No goods associated with the order will be sent out.

(Example of a payment schedule based on a £50.00 order split over 6 weeks)

£50.00 order.  Plus £4.00 delivery cost.  Plus £3.00 admin charge = £57.00
Week 1 - 1st payment
25% of £54.00 as deposit plus £3.00 admin charge = £16.50
Weeks 2-6 - £8.10 a week for 5 weeks.

TOTAL PAID: £57.00
